All orders are shipped within two business days of purchase via USPS Ground Advantage, unless Priority Mail is requested. The LBMV Shipping Station is equipped with multi-angle cameras that will record what products were prepared and for who. This helps in case any insurance claims need to be filed.

Each order is triple verified for correct product. After the plates are secured for safe travels, they are placed into a poly-mailer and are flagged to USPS for pick-up.

Returns are easy at La Bruja's Midnight Vault!

New plates can be returned within 14 days of delivery date for a full refund provided they are still unused and have all packaging they were sent with (if any). If the plate has been used, it can be returned for a store credit of 75% of the original plate's purchase price.

Used plates can be returned within 7days of delivery date for a store credit of 80% of the price paid for the plate.

If you do not receive the plate(s) you ordered, please reach out ASAP and we will get the situation corrected.

All shipments are tracked and insured. Shipment preparation is done on camera for insurance purposes.
